KoKostyle - transaction terms
All products do not include shipping and handling charges. We will carefully package the items that you
ordered and will charge you based on the weight and shipping method of your package.
Our company provides a three-day warranty for the products commencing on the date the products are received
and signed for by our customer. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling charges of any product that needs
to be exchanged immediately. No product will be exchanged after its warranty period. We must receive the returned product
before it may be exchanged.
Returning your order: We hope your product purchase has been an exciting purchase and we
welcome you as a returning customer. However, if you would like to return your product, you need to contact us within three
days of receipt of item by email at kokostyle_loveyou@yahoo.com first to obtain a return
authorization. Item received three days or more is considered sold. All returns or exchanges must be received back to us within
10 days of receiving date. Please note that the photos displayed are meant to give you a general idea of the appearance of
our products, however, the actual products may differ slightly.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:
You will need to put the product inside the original box, only if your product came with one.
Place it inside a shipping box, and cover the box with mailing tape. The item must be returned in its original condition and
packaging materials, unworn and unaltered in any way. Items damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned or exchanged.
You are responsible for all insurance and shipping cost back to us. We will not be responsible for return shipments that have
been damaged or lost. We will notify you once we've received and processed your returned item. Any unauthorized, improperly
packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to you and no refund or exchange will be given.
We will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Returns take
approximately seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used
in the original purchase.
All terms here are applicable to the products sale and service provided by us. Any amendment
to these terms will be posted on our website immediately.
The price and status of the products on our website are remarked at the end of each product.
The information may be changed at any time without any notice. (We will strive to ensure the accuracy of the information.)
If any accident shall happen and the price of the product that you ordered has changed, we will notify you by email or telephone
without canceling your order. You may decide whether to cancel the order or not.
We will do our best to deliver the product(s) to the shipping address specified by you. The
normal processing and shipping time listed on the website are estimated figures. We will strive to shorten the actual shipping
time.
Sales Tax: No sales tax is added except for orders shipped to California addresses.
8.25% sales tax is added to all CA orders.

Be sure to write the order number on your check. Please note that all the order with Money
Order or Cashier's Check payments will be processed only after the clearance of the money order or cashier's check. We will
ship all confirmed paid orders within 7 to 10 business days.
We ask all customers to carefully review the transaction terms before placing any order for
our products. If the customer agrees to the above transaction terms, we will ship the products based on this documentary evidence.
